Last semester was one of the best moments I ever had in my Uni life. I joined the Sustainable Business Practices taught by Kaushik. At first, I thought that this was all about environment science related kind of thing, a big mistake to my major in management.

When Kaushik gave his first lecture, he was not only pointing out that I had the conflicting idea but also sent “messages” to my inner thoughts on the importance of sustainability practices to the business itself. In the class, I was having these day-to-day flashbacks about the works and decisions made that I had been doing before studying at the Uni which exactly related to the lectures.

I would definitely recommend Kaushik to everyone especially to professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners who cares and sought to learn on how ESG and the 3P are integrated to the business.

Kaushik facilitated an 8 week program on Change management for sustainability in industry. Expertise on sustainability blended with the journey industry has to embark on and the challenges to evolve to a better tomorrow. A well structured and delivered learning program that flowed and encouraged all participants to engage.

It was a pleasure working with Dr. Kaushik throughout the course. He was able to clearly articulate and work through each learning module while still ensuring to capture all the key learning requirements. Dr. Kaushik faced some difficult days with various members of the learning team, having to drop in and out of the sessions, the ability shown to continue to build and progress was a great attribute to the learning style presented, and was very much welcomed by the team.
