I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Dr. Kaushik Sridhar for an ESG CFO event hosted with Hays, and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I met Kaushik last year at an event we both presented at and was instantly impressed by his ability to engage with the audience and speak with passion (and humour!) about ESG. We connected after the event and recently collaborated to present to a group of local CFOs / finance leaders. He spoke about how he has no regrets in life and 'The Dot Theory' which resonated deeply with me and has inspired me to find my own dot in life.
