Project Overview

Toll Group engaged Orka Advisory, through a collaborative initiative with Mentem by UNSW, to design and deliver a specialised training program focused on change management for sustainability in industry. As a leading global logistics and transport organisation, Toll recognised the importance of building internal capability to navigate the sustainability transition, embed climate readiness across operations, and equip employees with the skills required to drive organisational change. The program combined sustainability principles, ESG fundamentals, and practical change management methodologies to help participants understand how to lead and influence sustainability initiatives within complex operational environments. Drawing on real-world industry examples and interactive learning approaches, Orka Advisory delivered a highly engaging program that translated sustainability concepts into practical actions relevant to the logistics sector.

Scope of Work

Sustainability & ESG Foundations

Delivered practical training on key sustainability and ESG concepts relevant to the transport and logistics sector. Explored emerging sustainability trends, stakeholder expectations, and business drivers for change. Built awareness of the role sustainability plays in long-term organisational resilience and performance.
