01 PROJECT OVERVIEW

THE CHALLENGE

Understanding the context before acting.

Orka Advisory was engaged by the client to deliver a workshop titled “Sustainability at Heart of Decision-Making” to over 200 participants across the Asia Pacific region. The workshop was part of the client’s Advanced Leadership Development Program and aimed to provide an in-depth understanding of how sustainability and ESG principles can be integrated into corporate decision-making processes.

The engagement was structured around the workstreams required to address the client's specific context, priorities and objectives.

Workshop Design

Developed and delivered a comprehensive curriculum focusing on
sustainability and ESG, tailored to align with the client’s strategy. The session covered ESG frameworks, risk management, stakeholder influence, and key considerations for businesses and investors. The workshop included real-life case studies, discussions, and practical insights to ensure participants could apply these concepts in their roles.

Facilitation

Engaged over 200 participants through interactive live sessions that explored the impact of ESG on corporate strategy, decision-making, and sustainability. The workshop emphasised the client’s role in addressing societal challenges, and how ESG considerations can drive positive impact across the organisation.

Learning Outcomes

Equipped participants with the knowledge to explain sustainability
and ESG concepts, analyse ESG risks and opportunities, and assess ESG performance using publicly available information. Participants also learned to integrate ESG considerations into their decision-making processes.
