Toll Group engaged Orka Advisory, through a collaborative initiative with Mentem by UNSW, to design and deliver a specialised training program focused on change management for sustainability in industry. As a leading global logistics and transport organisation, Toll recognised the importance of building internal capability to navigate the sustainability transition, embed climate readiness across operations, and equip employees with the skills required to drive organisational change.
The program combined sustainability principles, ESG fundamentals, and practical change management methodologies to help participants understand how to lead and influence sustainability initiatives within complex operational environments.
