Before sustainability, consulting and advisory, there was professional sport.
A former professional tennis player, Kaushik's early experience in high-performance sport shaped a mindset built around resilience, preparation, learning from failure and continuing to move forward.
Those lessons carried into a career spanning corporate sustainability, professional services, governance, education, coaching and entrepreneurship. Today they continue to influence how Orka works: stay practical, remain curious, challenge assumptions and turn ideas into action.
