Orka Advisory was engaged to facilitate a half-day Strategic Alignment Workshop, designed to reenergise the leadership team around their purpose, vision, and values. The engagement aimed to strengthen cohesion, foster open dialogue, and create a unified understanding of direction and expectations. This workshop provided a critical reset, enabling leaders to reconnect with their mission and commit to behaviours that will drive collaboration and organisational impact moving forward.
- Conducted an inception meeting with key stakeholders to clarify objectives, success measures, and participant expectations. - Reviewed their strategic documents and leadership team dynamics to inform design. - Developed a tailored agenda and facilitation deck aligned with their values and immediate priorities.
- Facilitated a half-day, in-person session on 20 August 2025. - Revisited and refreshed their purpose, vision, and values (‘north star’). - Identified alignment gaps and strengths across leadership roles. - Explored team behaviours and cultural expectations, encouraging accountability and collaboration. - Reenergised the team through interactive and reflective activities.
The leadership team reconnected with their mission, gaining clarity and renewed energy to move forward cohesively.
