Orka Advisory was engaged to facilitate a half-day Strategic Alignment Workshop, designed to reenergise the leadership team around their purpose, vision, and values. The engagement aimed to strengthen cohesion, foster open dialogue, and create a unified understanding of direction and expectations. This workshop provided a critical reset, enabling leaders to reconnect with their mission and commit to behaviours that will drive collaboration and organisational impact moving forward.
