The client engaged Orka Advisory to assess its organisational alignment with ISO 26000 – Guidance on Social Responsibility, with the aim of strengthening responsible business practices across governance, people, environment, supply chain, and community investment. As a major national cleaning and services provider working across diverse client environments, The client recognised the need to benchmark its policies and systems against an internationally recognised standard, identify potential gaps, and establish a roadmap for continuous improvement. Orka Advisory conducted an evidence-based analysis of over 60 internal documents, including governance charters, HR and WHS policies, environmental management systems, supplier codes, modern slavery processes, risk frameworks, and community partnership materials. Through this work, we provided the client with clear insights into current maturity levels, opportunities for enhancement, and actionable next steps to elevate organisational transparency, accountability, and social impact.
